VITA Lena Weisbek ist eine deutsche Fotokünstlerin im Bereich Fine Art Fotografie. Sie lebt und arbeitet in der Nähe von München. Sie studierte Kunst und Kommunikationsdesign und arbeitete als Grafik Designerin in der Werbebranche, bevor sie sich entschloss, ihrer Leidenschaft, der Fotokunst, zu folgen.
Lena Weisbeks Arbeiten erhielten Preise bei internationalen Fotowettbewerben, wurden weltweit ausgestellt und verkauft.
"Das Verborgene sehen. Das Wesentliche sichtbar machen. Meine fotografische Arbeit folgt diesem Prinzip: Im Stil des Atmosphärischen Minimalismus erkunde ich Zwischenräume, Stille und Licht – das Unausgesprochene, das Flüchtige, das, was Resonanz erzeugt. Die Emotion ist dabei das Wesentliche – oft verborgen, doch spürbar. In der Reduktion liegt für mich nicht der Verzicht, sondern die Essenz." — Lena Weisbek
