Lena Weisbek lebt und arbeitet in der Nähe von München. Sie studierte Kunst und Kommunikationsdesign und arbeitete als Art Direktorin, bevor sie sich entschloss, ihrer Leidenschaft, der Fotokunst, zu folgen.
Der Schwerpunkt ihrer Arbeit sind atmosphärische Landschaften und Naturmotive in der Tradition des ZEN. Charakteristisch sind ihre abstrakte Bildauffassung und minimalistische Arbeitsweise. Lena Weisbek´s einsame Seestücke und Ansichten ländlicher Landschaften sind getragen von ausgeprägter Stille und Melancholie. Sie öffnen dem Betrachter viel Raum für Kontemplation, jenseits der schnellebigen, hektischen Welt.
Lena Weisbek´s Arbeiten erhielten Preise bei internationalen Fotowettbewerben, wurden weltweit ausgestellt und verkauft.
